Jeyradhika
Trainee Clinical Psychologist
Jeyradhika is a trainee clinical psychologist who conducts psychological assessments and provides therapeutic interventions for individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. She is committed to delivering culturally sensitive care that respects the diverse backgrounds and unique needs of each client. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in flexibility, with experience in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). However, she is open to other modalities with a strong emphasis on tailoring the intervention to suit each client’s presenting concerns.
In her clinical work, she values the importance of understanding each client holistically through careful assessment, clinical observation, and open conversations. She aims to create a therapeutic space that is, welcoming, non-judgemental, and safe. Her practice is grounded in a non-discriminatory approach that embraces diversity and ensures that every individual feels seen, heard, and accepted. She believes in empowering clients to explore their inner worlds with honesty and openness, and in supporting them as they move toward meaningful change.
